Due to our continued growth, Ertech has an exciting new opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our dynamic infrastructure project delivery team in NSW.

Your opportunity:

We are seeking a Quality Manager to manage Ertech’s project-based quality assurance programme to ensure statutory and contractual compliance with quality requirements on the projects in NSW.

  • Implement the organisational Quality Management System on the project to ensure quality objectives and targets are met.
  • Ensure that the project conforms with ISO and AS/NZS regulatory / legal requirements.
  • Identify, manage and monitor quality objectives, requirements, risks and other issues that may adversely impact the surety of successful project delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to the project leadership team to develop and maintain a quality culture that drives business improvement.
  • Provide support to delivery teams (engineers, supervisors, surveyors) in meeting contractual requirements in relation to Quality Management
  • Ensure that the workplace maintains robust risk management processes, capability, focus and discipline associated with quality.
  • Provide technical quality expertise for the project.
  • Ensure that the workplace understands and meets its regulatory and legal obligations as they relate to quality.
  • Handle client expectations and communicate effectively with the project team.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with Ertech policies, processes, systems and procedure.

Your background:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Civil Construction industry with at least 2 years in a similar role
  • Strong familiarity with TfNSW Quality Management requirements
  • Experience in developing and managing project QA management systems.
  • Degree qualified civil engineer.
